Regretfully, Silhouette Eye Studio has closed on September 17, 2010.

We are pleased to announce that as of December 2010, Dr. Chad Vaughn, O.D. will open a medical and optical practice, located at 170 South Broadway, in Saratoga Springs.

Should you need assistance with items pertaining to products purchased at Silhouette Eye Studio or past services received, including transfer of your medical records, please continue to contact (518) 944 2300, as we will maintain a patient support and customer service line for an extended period of time.

Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor or released to you or another person you designate only through your permission. Until then, your records will remain on file at Dr. Vaughn’s new office.

It has been a pleasure providing eye care needs for our patients over the past few years.
